What will happen with my account?

Murdoch, Rockingham, Mandurah, Bentley & Geraldton

When you attend our Murdoch, Rockingham, Mandurah, Bentley or Geraldton sites, you will be invoiced at the conclusion of your appointment. Full payment is required and can be made by EFTPOS, Cash or Cheque.

For your convenience, your invoice/receipt can be electronically transferred to Medicare.  Your refund will be deposited directly into your nominated bank account within 24 hours.

If you anticipate having difficulty with paying your account in full on the day, please speak to one of our reception staff at the time of booking to make alternative arrangements for payment.

Other Locations
If you attend one of our other locations (Armadale, Canning Vale, Midland or Narrogin) one of our friendly team members will phone you soon after the completion of your test or consultation to arrange payment via Credit Card.  Thereafter, if eligible, we will electronically transmit the account to Medicare for your refund and email the paperwork directly to you.  If preferred, you can pay by bank transfer, cheque/money order, or in person at one of our main locations.  See details below.

Where can I pay my account in person?

Payments made at these locations will be processed from our Murdoch office and a tax receipt will be emailed to you within 2-3 days.

Can I pay over the phone?

Yes! When you have received your invoice, you can call us on (08) 6169 2000 to pay by credit card. Your receipt will be emailed promptly.

Where do I post my cheque?

Please post your cheque or money order made out to “WA Cardiology” to:
