What will happen with my account?

Murdoch and Mandurah
When you attend our Murdoch and Mandurah sites, you will be invoiced at the conclusion of your appointment. Full payment is required and can be made by cash, cheque or EFTPOS.

For your convenience, your invoice/receipt can be electronically transferred to Medicare. Your refund will either be deposited directly into your bank account or if you choose, you will receive your cheque in the post (usually after 10 working days).

If you anticipate having difficulty with paying your account in full on the day, please speak to one of our reception staff at the time of booking to make alternative arrangements for payment.

Other Sites
If you attend one of our other sites, an invoice will be posted to you in 2-3 days. You can then pay using one of the methods detailed later.

If you are keen to settle your account via credit card on the day of service, please ask the receptionist to call our Murdoch office. We will then process your invoice and either electronically transmit the account to Medicare for refund or post the paperwork directly to you.

Payments made at these locations will be processed from our Murdoch office and a tax receipt will be posted to you within 2-3 days.

Can I pay over the phone?

Yes! When you have received your invoice, you can call us on (08) 6169 2000 to pay by credit card. Your receipt will be mailed promptly.

Please post your cheque or money order made out to “WA Cardiology” to:
